JadeScape takes its name from jade, a material of luxury and prestige and a symbol of lush greenery, and “scape”, the landscape setting. Concept architect Paul Noritaka Tange of Tange Associates mirrored MacRitchie Reservoir in the site layout, the mountains in the towers, and waterfalls in the landscaping.

The architect
